Biography
Professor John Flint is Co-Investigator at the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (CaCHE) and Professor of Town and Regions Planning and Co-Director of Research for the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Sheffield.
John was Head of the Department of Geography and, previously, the Department of Urban Studies and Planning. He is Co-Executive Managing Editor of the Housing Studies journal and a Trustee of the Urban Studies Foundation. He was a sub-panel member for the 2014 Research Excellence Framework.
John has written and researched widely on housing governance and housing vulnerability.
