Survey: Learning from experiences of building remediation
Our new research project, Learning from experiences of building remediation, looks at the next phase of the building safety crisis and the impact of remediation on people’s lives. Many thousands of buildings are likely to require extensive building works to remedy the safety problems that have been identified. This project seeks to learn from initial experiences of building remediation, drawing out lessons for future practice.
The aims of the research are to:
- Understand the range of impacts that building remediation has on residents
- Draw from residents’ experiences to develop a code of practice that puts resident wellbeing at the heart of remediation
If work has started (or completed) on your building, please consider completing this short survey.
Anything you say will be anonymous and we will not identify you when we report the findings. If you are willing to be contacted about participating in a confidential research interview to tell us more about your experience, please leave an email at the end of the survey.
Before you take part in the survey, please read the information sheet which has details about how we will store and use this data.
If you have any questions about this research, please contact Dr Jenny Preece.
