Are housing issues wicked issues?

Project summary:

The project aims to gather data on the ways in which key members of the housing policy and practice communities across the UK perceive a sample of the issues at the centre of housing policy debate. These data will be analysed using the idea of issue “wickedness”. The project’s motivation is that through developing a better understanding of how housing problems are perceived we open up the possibility of developing more effective solutions.
