Delivering design value

Project summary:

The Delivering Design Value is exploring pathways to delivering design value across the supply chain, from policymaking, through to land assembly, planning permission, and construction. The project team will conduct in-depth interviews with those people responsible for the golden thread of design value at different stages of the development process. Through desk-based research, the project will also consider those wider structural factors which influence the delivery of design value across the UK.

This project has also received financial support from the Ministry for Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) in England, the Department for Communities in Northern Ireland, and the Royal Town Planning Institute.
