This research paper, commissioned by Shelter Scotland, CIH Scotland and the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations, examines the number of social and affordable homes required in the 2026-2031 Scottish Parliamentary term in order to reduce affordable housing need in Scotland.

This paper calls for a minimum of 15,693 affordable homes every year in order to reduce affordable housing need.
