This briefing is the result of a project with the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (CaCHE), Urban Big Data Centre (UBDC) and the Scottish Parliament Information Centre (SPICe).

It complements another briefing prepared as a part of the same project, Private renting reforms: how to evidence the impact of legislation. This briefing paper provides an overview of recent reforms to the private rented sector (PRS) in Scotland.
