This is the final report in the CaCHE project, Housing systems, their institutions and their resilience, which seeks to examine the evolution of the housing system between the Global Financial Crisis (GFC) and the COVID-19 pandemic, and the response of two key housing market institutions – mortgage lenders and the housebuilding industry to the pandemic.
